Keeping Watch – Eagle Soft Pastel

A winter bald eagle, partially obscured by bare branches, pausing between movement and flight. I chanced upon a bald eagle sitting in a tree near the New Buffalo Michigan beach last winter. We have been pleased to see more of them in our area lately.
