Red-Shouldered Hawk on Post

I snapped a quick photo of a red shouldered hawk sitting on a post, almost at eye level. He sat patiently while I put the car into reverse to get a better view. The red-shouldered hawk is a year round resident in Indiana. You can find him hunting from low telephone lines and old posts such as this.
